After a year and a half of brainstorming, creating and implementing the Forever Remember Monument stands completed, embodying a community who has understood the patriotic sacrifice of those who serve and those left behind.

On Friday, Forever Remember was dedicated to the city of Marietta at Joe Mack Wilson Park. The Kiwanis Club of Marietta dedicated the Forever Remember statue to the community, but not before thanking those who made it all possible.  With their contribution, the Kiwanis Club of Marietta rose far beyond their goal of $60,000 to create and implement the Forever Remember Monument and was able to establish a scholarship with the excess funds for local Marietta students.

Recognized were WellStar Health System, Cobb County Board of Commissioners, Cobb County Superior Court Judges, Rotary Club of Marietta and WIZULTS, LLC. Among those recognized, WIZULTS, LLC took home the award for being a top sponsor and contributor.

The smallest of the top contributing businesses, WIZULTS, LLC contributed marketing efforts from the beginning stages to final implementation,  serving the community as their annual Pro-Bona Project.

“The Forever Remember Monument beautifies Marietta not only physically but spiritually and culturally. It’s a representation of the heart of what Marietta is about. We WIZULTS are very proud to have been part of that process and making that happen” explained Heather Webster, President of WIZULTS.  “In that group, as a small Marietta based business, to be able to be associated with big businesses like WellStar is an honor. It’s important for Small businesses to remember that they too can play a large role in civility. “

Just in time for Independence Day, the community of Marietta is proud to dedicate Forever Remember as legacy to the character of their community and in support of families and those who serve.

The ‘Forever Remember’ project launched by the Marietta Kiwanis Club has progressed immensely since its launch on November 12, 2009!

New key sponsors like WellStar have become a part of this community and legacy of the Forever Remember experience!

A Facebook fan page for ‘Forever Remember’ was created to update readers and share new and exciting details with the community. The ‘Forever   Remember’ fan page now has over 150 fans!

Now that the holidays are over , the miniature bronze replica has moved to a new location;  The Marietta/Cobb museum of Art. The Marietta/Cobb Museum of Art has become the new home for the statue and is on display for all to see!

The museum will feature an exhibition room where the bronze replica will be located. The room will also display blown up photographs of the production of the  projects from the initial idea to the final production stages.

Save the date: The Marietta/Cobb Museum of Art will also be hosting a ‘mARTinis and mixers’ social on February 5th which gives guests access to all exhibitions, including Forever Remember!

2009 has been a successful year for WIZULTS, we’ve established new clients, listened, created and helped to achieve their marketing objectives while driving results. We’ve decided to show our appreciation by selecting and supporting a community service project for the year.

WIZULTS is proud to support the Kiwanis Club of Marietta who are embarking upon a special project for 2010. WIZULTS is honored to support such a great organization. We will continue the tradition of selecting a community service project annually.

This year WIZULTS  is supporting the “Forever Remember” project and is thrilled to be helping with the promotion and marketing for  “Forever Remember” . Our contribution has been to provide creative design and support marketing materials for the project. This has included literature; a website, a Facebook fan page and other marketing collateral. “Forever Remember”, the erection of a life-sized bronze statue to honor the families and loved ones of those who protect, serve, support and defend our freedoms – our men and women in uniform, the first responders and military.

The “Forever Remember” project will honor the sacrifices, past and present, of all those who have placed themselves in harm’s way on behalf of our nation; and the sacrifices by their loved ones.
